The Secretariat of the Association
The Secretariat of the Association is a professional-administrative body of the Assembly, Presidency, Management Board and President of the Association. The Secretariat prepares and implements tasks and decisions of the Assembly, Presidency, Management Board and President of the Association, along with tasks defined by the work programme and provisions of the Articles of Association and carries out all other administrative-professional and operational duties.
The Secretariat performs and organizes legal, financial and accounting activities, general services, maintains finances, and is in charge of and supervises the obligation to compile and submit financial reports according to valid legislation.
The Chief Secretary is a member of the Presidency and manages the Secretariat of the Association; he/she is elected by the Association Assembly.
